The organization meets the  third Tuesday of the month in the Mexico City Hall . The  minutes of each  meeting are posted on the minutes page.

As of Nov. 2008 the  Audrain Emergency Commuication Inc. has been given the status of 501c3 by the IRS. This means that all donations at tax deductible.

Our Purpose

This organization was created for the purpose of education and training individuals

in emergency radio communications and to reduce the burden on government by

supporting the public and duly appointed government agencies with emergency

communications services during local or state disasters.

Become A Member

Membership is open to any individual or organization that supports the  mission and purpose  set forth in the by-laws . Most of the members are licensed amateur radio operators  but this is not a requirement for becoming a  member. Individuals will be trained in emergency communications and if they wish will be tested to recieve a license. I would like to give a large thanks to the fellows that helped install the ant. equipment for the VA home . Participating were Marty kb0qz, James kc0yjd, John kc0ddi, Mike wb0goa and Mike wb0ixs
